The event held between 24 and 30 September at Crowne Plaza Bucharest brings together a gourmet tour of the senses, cooking lessons held by Thai chefs and culinary experiences from passionates on oriental flavors.

Culinary  lovers will enjoy for a week a variety of traditional Thai dishes, full of authentic flavors, including "top por market" - Spring packages, "tod mun gong" - fried shrimp cake with sweet chili sauce, "Tom Yam Goong" - spicy soup with lemon grass and shrimp, "gaeng Kiev vaan moo" - roast pork in green curry, "Gai Pad Med Mamuang" - chicken sautéed with cashew nuts, "ped ob nam peung "- baked duck with honey sauce," khao niew mamoung "- fresh mango with sweet rice and coconut sauce.

All dishes will be cooked by special guests of the event, chefs from Crowne Plaza Bangkok Thai Chef and Chef Pothibanthit Ruanmun, which will join Chef at Crowne Plaza Bucharest, Ashlie Dias. Being a master of Asian cuisine, Ashlie Dias has an experience of over 16 years in Miami, India and Romania.

Based on 5 different flavors, spicy, salty, sweet, sour and bitter, Thai cuisine will pamper the senses of those who will choose the last week of September 1st Asian dining experience. Those who want to experience the gastronomic adventure can choose from à la carte dining, who varied such as buffet Thai and a Thai Sunday Brunch. In addition, those who want to express their creativity can learn new cooking techniques from Thai chefs Thursday, September 27.
